The first two phases of this project include a total of eight mini storage buildings with over 60,000 square feet of storage space. Each storage unit has driven up accessibility. The entire site is paved and every unit is individually alarmed. The site also has a seven-foot perimeter fence surrounding the storage facility along with video surveillance, computer controlled access and monitored fire alarm system.
