Construction was completed on an existing storage facility site, which remained fully operational and minimally impacted throughout construction.
One of Edmonton’s largest mini storage facilities, this 77,400 square foot design-build project included site development, construction, asphalt paving, landscaping and security system installation – all completed under short, tight timelines. Each non-heated structure is 40’ x 172’ and each heated structure is 65’ x 172’.
