This project was a Design Build for a Truck/RV/Car Wash/Dog Wash facility, consisting of 10,000 square feet of car wash c/w 7 bays for cars and 2 bays for RV/Truck. There is a complete office area and added feature of a 2-mini-pod dog wash center. Included are heated entrances, automatic undercarriage wash, complete landscaping and added bonus half court basketball area, fenced for recreational use.
