This 56 suite addition complete with full parkade is constructed from load-bearing steel studs and concrete floors. Suites and corridors are separated by acoustically insulated walls. The main floor has a large office area and staff room. Each suite utilizes energy efficient fan coils, providing individual heat and cooling to each suite.

Upon completion of the project, the client affirmed that Cormode & Dickson “kept close control over planning and construction from day one through the end of construction.
