Cormode & Dickson built a 3 story addition to an existing self-storage facility, with renovated office facilities and onsite manager’s residence. Portions of the existing storage facility were sprinkled as part of the renovation process.

The new storage building has 2 freight type elevators and a heated loading dock with a scissor lift for ease of loading and unloading. A full security system for all the lockers and CCTV were also provided.
