This project is a brick clad wood structured Convenience Store, gas bar, and tunnel carwash situated on a 2.75 acre parcel of property on the South side of Saskatoon. The forecourt consists of 12 pumps and 24 fueling stations, as well as a total of six underground storage tanks and one oil-water separator. The Convenience Store comprises over 3,000square feet and the tunnel wash is 136 feet long, including pads.
